Do I need to provide content or photos?
No. We write all captions, hooks, and copy from scratch. For image-based posts, we can work with stock imagery or guide you on a simple monthly photo batch (30 mins of your time). If you have existing photos, even better.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients see meaningful engagement improvements within 30 days. Follower growth and lead generation typically compound from month 2 onwards. Social media is a long game — we set realistic expectations from day one.
Can you post directly to my accounts?
Yes — on the Growth and Agency plans, we can manage scheduling and posting via our scheduling tools. You maintain full ownership and access to your accounts at all times.
What if I don't like the content?
Every content batch includes 2 rounds of revision at no extra cost. We work closely with you to get the tone, style, and messaging exactly right. If after revisions you're still not happy, our satisfaction guarantee has you covered.
What exactly does the 2-week satisfaction guarantee cover?
If you're not satisfied within the first 2 weeks of your subscription, we'll refund your first month in full. To qualify: (1) your onboarding brand brief was submitted, (2) we delivered content on time as agreed, and (3) at least one revision round was completed.
Is there an onboarding fee?
We're currently waiving our onboarding fee for our first 5 clients as a Founder's offer — so you pay nothing extra to get started. Once those spots are filled, a one-time onboarding fee will apply to cover brand strategy setup, voice guide creation, and content pillar development.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?

The Brand & Web Launchpad is a one-time project that includes: a custom logo with 2 revision rounds, a full brand colour palette and typography system, a brand guidelines document, a single-page mobile-optimised landing website, social profile branding for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, and brand messaging copy including a tagline. You receive all source files and own 100% of everything delivered.
How long does the brand and website project take?
We aim to deliver the full Brand & Web Launchpad within 7–14 business days from the completion of your discovery call. Logo concepts are typically ready within 5 days, and the website follows shortly after final brand approval. Rush delivery may be available — ask us when you book your call.
Can I combine brand design with a social media subscription?
Absolutely — and we recommend it. Many of our clients start with the Brand & Web Launchpad to establish a solid visual identity, then move straight into a Growth or Agency social media subscription. Do I need to have existing branding to get started with social media?
No — you don't need existing branding. If you don't have a logo or brand identity yet, we recommend starting with the Brand & Web Launchpad before a social subscription. That said, we can start a social media subscription with your existing assets (even just a business name and some colours) and build around what you already have.
